Our Story / Background
Carothom Training was established in 2009 following the identification of a significant need for practical skills development and performance enhancement within individuals, organizations and communities.
The business was founded and is led by an entrepreneur with experience in local government, whose exposure to the public sector highlighted the importance of developing skills that contribute directly to improved performance, employability, entrepreneurship and organizational effectiveness.
Over the years, Carothom Training has evolved from this vision into a growing training and development organization providing structured interventions to contracted clients, small businesses and developing communities.
